It is undeniable that the Internet affects modern society and many even propagate the term "digital revolution". The communications revolution, by enabling a global network system for individuals, is undoubtedly one of the main points of impact of the global network on people's lives.

However, almost all sectors of society have also undergone significant changes, such as: industry, work, politics, service provision, education, culture, art, sports and, more obviously, human relations, transforming methods and processes adopted in architecture and engineering, which work in the same way from the last century to the present day.

ArchiA's proposal is to transform the old inactive negotiation and execution processes into a new model.

Our projects
Design Management

We adopt project management techniques, design, strategy and chain of ideas that help us to control a creative process, support a culture of creativity and create a structure and organization for the project. The purpose of design management is to develop and maintain an efficient business environment, in which an organization can achieve its strategic and mission objectives through the project. Project management is a comprehensive activity at all levels of business (operational and strategic), from the discovery phase to the execution phase.

Environmental Engineering

We study the effect of technological advances on the environment, addressing local and global environmental issues, such as acid rain, global warming, ozone depletion, water pollution and air pollution caused by exhaust from automobiles and industrial sources. Environmental engineering is the application of scientific and engineering principles to improve and maintain the environment to:
      1. Protect human health;
      2. Protect the beneficial ecosystems of nature;
      3. Improve the quality of human life in its relationship with the environment;
      4. Systematic assessment of the environmental impact of the proposed construction projects.

Industrial Design

Our role in this scenario is to create and execute design solutions for problems of form, function, usability, physical ergonomics, marketing, brand development, sustainability and sales. All manufactured products are the result of a design process, but the nature of this process can take many forms: it can be conducted by an individual or a large team; it can emphasize intuitive creativity or calculated scientific decision-making, and it usually emphasizes both at the same time.

Interiors

We act in the process management of interior, residential, commercial and service rendering settings, equating aesthetic, symbolic, ergonomic, sustainable and socio-cultural attributes, proposing specialized solutions, resulting from the knowledge, research and use of new technologies and coating materials , finishing and decoration, incorporating them in the composition of environments.

Research

We have been constantly searching for research on fundamental aspects for the study of Architecture and the Urban, related respectively to the areas of Technology, History and Design. In the “Technological look” we treat the object of investigation as if it were the real object, we seek to privilege phenomena that interfere in the works of the city, the building, and the objects; in the second look, the object is the subject of history and the research work is applied to a part of the activity of architecture or urban; and the third look contemplates the subject and the object simultaneously.

Structural Engineering

Engineering, in its various modalities, is based on applied physical laws and empirical knowledge of the performance of the different materials and functions they address. Engineering projects use several engineers responsible for different modalities in the execution of simple or complex systems. The projects are integrated with those of our designers, such as architects and construction engineers.

Sustainability

Sustainable construction, demands to develop an understanding for sustainable development. "Sustainable development is development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of the future generation to meet its own needs". We are working on the fundamental concept of sustainable construction, which is to offer accessibility, quality and long-term efficiency, value for current and future customers and users, reducing negative environmental impacts and increasing economic sustainability.

Urban Design

For ArchiA, urban design involves the organization and design of buildings, public spaces, transportation systems, services and amenities. It is the process of giving shape and character to groups of buildings, entire neighborhoods and the city itself. Urban design must establish connections between people and places, movement and urban form, nature and constructed fabric. In addition, it brings together the various aspects of creating places, environmental management, social equity and economic viability, with distinct beauty and identity.
